Barge Civil Associates, LLC (BCA) is a Nashville-based civil engineering firm that specializes in site planning, design, and land development services for both private and public sector clients. With over 25 years of experience, BCA has built a solid reputation in site planning and land development by producing functional, cost-effective, and aesthetically congruous site designs for our clients.

Our Services

Our menu of services includes site planning, due diligence/zoning research, and site feasibility studies; preliminary and conceptual design through construction documents; rezoning efforts and entitlement, infill development, sustainable designs, and low impact development; stormwater management and quality control, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, among others. We have a proven track record of successfully navigating challenging sites through the myriad of regulations and governing agencies' review processes in Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, and Rutherford counties.

Our Team

Our team represents experienced professionals who have collaborated with some of the top architectural design firms in the country, as well as globally-oriented design/build firms. We have 11 licensed professional engineers on our staff, including two who have earned the accreditation "Certified Floodplain Manager" with the Association of State Floodplain Managers.
