Our Services

Our services include a range of bodywork and massage therapy modalities, including deep tissue massage, rocking, acupressure, CranioSacral, fascia release, visceral work, sports massage, and Thai massage. We also have specialized expertise in supporting individuals with a history of trauma, helping them to release the physical and emotional scars of their experiences.

Co-Creative Bodywork

Our co-creative bodywork sessions begin by acknowledging that any healing comes from within the individual receiving the session. Our role as healing helpers is to bring consciousness and awareness to the receiver, and to help remind the body how to heal itself. We use a range of skills and techniques to bring awareness to our clients, including hands-on work, visualization, and gentle guidance.

Personalized Sessions

We understand that every individual is unique, with their own set of needs and goals. As a result, we tailor each session to the individual's specific needs, taking into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our sessions are designed to be a holistic experience, addressing the whole person, not just the physical body.

Gift Certificates and Session Rates

We offer a range of session lengths, including full sessions (80-100 minutes) and partial sessions (45-50 minutes). We also offer gift certificates for individuals looking to give the gift of healing and relaxation. Our session rates are competitive, and we offer discounts for package deals and loyalty programs.

As a licensed massage therapist, I, Stephanie Shrum, have spent countless hours studying and practicing various modalities of bodywork and massage therapy.
