Our Services

Our team of experienced attorneys offers a wide range of services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. In Real Estate Law, we represent clients in all matters related to real property, including residential and commercial sales, purchases, and financing, drafting of leases and easements, research related to rights and titles, and property registration and other matters with the Massachusetts Land Court. Our Estate and Trust Law practice includes the preparation of simple and complex estate planning documents, settlement of estates, and administration of various trusts. In Corporate Law, we assist clients in acquiring and selling businesses, creating business entities, managing corporate filings, handling financing of corporate assets, and drafting leases, contracts, and agreements.

In Municipal Law, we represent five of the six Island towns, plus the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank, providing guidance on zoning, land use, board procedure, municipal finance, and other areas. Our Civil Litigation team represents individual, corporate, non-profit, and municipal clients in matters that require court action, including Probate Court, District Court, Superior Court, Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court, as well as in the Federal District Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
