Move-Out Issues and Hidden Fees
Several reviewers experienced issues with the management company whenmoving out of their apartments. They reported being charged excessive fees for cleaning and repairs, despite leaving the apartment in good condition. Some reviewers were not returned their security deposits, and were even charged additional fees after moving out.
Dust and Noise Issues
Some reviewers mentioned that living in the apartments near the Geneva Rock quarry can be problematic due to constant dust and noise. The dust can permeate every crack and coat the entire apartment, making it difficult to keep clean.
