RBC Cabinetry's CEO and President, Ron Bierma, is a third-generation contractor with extensive experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous custom cabinet shops and several manufacturers. He recognized that some custom shops had long lead times and ambiguous final pricing, which did not meet his standard of service. Thus, he streamlined the process, allowing us to offer high-quality manufactured lines at competitive price points.

At RBC Cabinetry, we believe that not everyone needs custom cabinetry. While it is a desirable option for many, semi-custom manufacturers have made significant strides in providing a wide range of options beyond in-stock cabinets or flat-packed DIY products. With over 25 years of cabinetry experience and a commitment to fine craftsmanship, we work with the best quality, semi-custom manufacturers to deliver outstanding products that fit our clients' needs.
