Nejla Smith, CPA, founded Compass Tax & Accounting Prof LLC in January 2018. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Sioux Falls and a Certified Public Accountant certification, Nejla brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She worked at another public accounting firm for five years before deciding to start her own business. Luis Reynoza, our Office Manager, joined the team in April 2018, specializing in payroll processing for small businesses and individual tax preparation.
