Excellent Service and Knowledgeable Doctor
Blue Mountain Optometry has received rave reviews for its excellent service and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Tan. Patients praise her thorough examinations, up-to-date equipment, and excellent communication skills. The staff is also commended for their helpfulness and professionalism.
Some Minor Issues
However, one patient reported a longer wait time, which was the only drawback to their experience. Another patient had issues with the adjustment of their glasses, which was not addressed properly.
Disappointing Experience
One patient had a particularly disappointing experience with the optometrist. Although Dr. Tan was mentioned as an "amazing" doctor, the patient felt that their glasses were not adjusted properly and the frames were damaged. The patient's husband had a similar experience with his glasses.
