Our founder, Ryan Pattison, a Minnesota native, has always been intrigued with tools and machines. Growing up, he would often disassemble and reassemble broken appliances, eager to understand how they worked. This natural curiosity followed him into adulthood, where he developed a passion for home repair and maintenance. After 14 years in corporate America, Ryan realized that staring at a computer monitor all day wasn't his calling in life. He took the leap and launched Fair and Square Repair, LLC, driven by his desire to do something he truly loves.
