Dr. Mamiko Kuriya

Dr. Mamiko Kuriya founded Ballard Pediatric Dentistry with a vision of creating a welcoming dental home for children in the Seattle area. Her passion for pediatric dentistry stems from a lifelong love of working with children. Dr. Kuriya completed her dental education at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, followed by a pediatric dental residency. She is a board-certified pediatric dentist and an active member of prominent dental organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Washington State Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kuriya believes that building trust and rapport with her young patients is essential to creating a positive dental experience. She takes the time to understand their individual needs and concerns and makes every effort to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe.
