As an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (AMO) designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), we provide a complete range of management services to multi-family communities nationwide. This includes establishing effective rental rates, handling collections, setting budgets, analyzing income and expenses, coordinating financial obligations, making recommendations for property improvements, supervising repairs and maintenance, and establishing property operating policies. We also have extensive experience in overseeing and managing under-performing assets, adding value to our clients through our significant experience with for-profit and non-profit developments, as well as government-sponsored entities.
