The Quill Group is comprised of four companies: Fuller Engineering & Land Surveying, Atlantic Consulting & Engineering, Fairfield Testing Laboratory, and Land Engineering & Surveying. At the helm of The Quill Group is James E. Quill, PE, who brings extensive experience in civil engineering and consulting. He has supervised and designed for various projects, including HVAC, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and civil projects, as well as testing and inspection of soil, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and environmental projects. James is registered as a professional engineer in several states and belongs to various organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers.

Another key member of our team is Dennis Keiley, PE, Laboratory Manager for Fairfield Testing Laboratory. Dennis has certifications from the American Concrete Institute and has received the "Extra Mile Award" for his dedication to the company's success. His extensive knowledge of construction materials testing ensures 100% customer satisfaction.
