Our story began 15 years ago, when owner/operator Russ Hoock was enrolled in a high school heating and ventilation course, rather than his preferred elective. Upon completing the program, Russ' passion for the HVAC industry was ignited, compelling him to pursue a career in the HVAC field.

In 2022, Russ' wife, Megan, left her career as a registered nurse and joined the Hoock's team as Office Manager.
