Say 'Ca c'est bon' with every bite!

At Phatty's Seafood & Steakhouse, we are passionate about serving up a taste of Louisiana in the heart of Montana. Our restaurant is owned and operated by actual Cajuns who are dedicated to bringing you the authentic flavors and charm of the Bayou State.

Our Story

Our restaurant began as a food truck, traveling to various events and festivals throughout the Billings area. But we soon outgrew our truck and outgrew our dreams. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new location at 1603 Grand Ave #145B, Billings, MT 59102, which offers a more extensive dining experience, including a comprehensive bar and private event spaces.

Our Philosophy

At Phatty's, we believe that food is more than just something you put in your belly. It's about sharing meals with loved ones, creating memories, and indulging in a delightful culinary experience. Our menu is carefully crafted to transport you to the vibrant streets of New Orleans, where the sounds of jazz and zydeco fill the air and the aromas of spicy gumbo and fried catfish tantalize your senses.

Our Cuisine

Our menu is designed to take you on a culinary journey through the heart of Louisiana. From our signature Gumbo to our spicy Shrimp and Grits, each dish is carefully prepared to bring you the authentic flavors and spices of the Bayou State. We use only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, to ensure a truly unique dining experience.
