Our team is led by Attorney John C. Buckley III, a graduate of the USAF Academy (BS), Webster University (MA), and Harvard Law (JD). We are a high-touch, low-volume practice that focuses on education and service. Unlike many of our competitors, we offer set fee pricing, which includes time spent teaching you about your estate plan without billing you hourly for the "privilege" of helping you understand your own estate plan.

At Buckley Law, we understand the unique estate and business planning needs of business owners. We have owned small businesses ourselves and understand the challenges and opportunities that come with entrepreneurship. We conduct a first meeting with potential estate planning clients at no charge, discussing your family, goals, dreams, and aspirations. If you decide to work with us, we prepare and coordinate a plan that achieves your immediate as well as long-term goals.

We also offer a PEPP (Prevent Estate Planning Problems) Plan after we do your estate plan, making it easy to maintain your estate plan, regardless of changes in the law. We know that maintaining your business or estate plan is just as important as creating that plan.

Our Process

Our process begins with a free consultation, where we learn about your hopes, goals, aspirations, and dreams. After this meeting, we draft an engagement letter that makes and explains our recommendations based on what we learned. This means we work hard to earn your trust and then please you when you honor us with your business. We do what we say, and say what we do.
