Our concierge medicine model enables us to truly treat you as a whole person, rather than treating an illness or a condition. With extended appointment times, easily available same and next day appointments, and direct communication with your physician between office visits, we are able to be there for you when you need us - whether at home, work, traveling for business, or away on vacation.

Our Philosophy

We believe that it should be easy to get an appointment with your personal doctor, office visits should not be rushed or limited to "one issue only", you should be able to reach your doctor when you need them, your doctor should oversee and coordinate your care, care should focus on "health" care, just not "sick care", and you should feel safe coming to the doctor's office. You deserve to be treated as a person, not just a number! By limiting our panel size to roughly 300 patients per doctor, we have the luxury to provide our patients with the care and attention that we would want for our own family members.

Wayland Personal Physicians was founded by Frederic M. Goldman, MD, FACP and Jonathan G. Smith, MD, FACP, two experienced internal medicine physicians who are dedicated to providing exceptional primary care to their patients. Drs.
