Our desire is to help individuals develop a meaningful, productive life, without misusing drugs and alcohol. We strive to provide the personal, confidential service that you deserve.

The Difference Between Addiction Counseling and Maintenance Coaching

Addiction counseling focuses on helping the patient maintain sobriety during the early stages of recovery. Our counseling sessions can occur several times a week, once a month, or as needed, depending on the individual's needs. The main goal is to learn to avoid substance abuse on a daily basis.

Once the substance use disorder is in remission, the emphasis shifts to maintaining a quality recovery lifestyle and improving overall emotional well-being. Our coaching will often address issues such as relationships, finances, employment, as well as living with purpose, passion, and peace through the art of struggle reduction.

Video Counseling

We offer video counseling services, allowing you to participate in sessions from the comfort of your own home. This convenient and confidential service is ideal for those living in rural areas, without transportation, or with mobility issues. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

The Benefits of Our Video Counseling

  • Participate in sessions from the comfort of your own home
  • No need to drive to the city for counseling
  • No problem if you don't drive or have a license
  • Pay for sessions online with a debit or credit card
  • Work with an experienced, licensed substance abuse therapist
  • We can provide your MAT physician with verification of counseling attendance

The Art of Struggle Reduction

Our unique approach to managing stress and anxiety focuses on reducing internal and external struggles, bringing awareness to peace in the present moment, and acquiring peace through integrity and control of your life again. Utilizing meditation, PMR, deep breathing, hypnotherapy, and cue relaxation, we help individuals live with passion, purpose, and peace.
