Our journey began over 35 years ago with a passion for fitness and a desire to provide a better workout environment for the community. Tony Arampatzis, our founder, started his first gym in downtown Aberdeen in 1986. Since then, we've moved to five different locations, refining our services and equipment to meet the evolving needs of our members.

Today, our studio offers a variety of services including personal training, a protein shake shop, and access to a private pool area. Our equipment includes brands such as Woodway, Precor, Magnum, Life Fitness, and more. We're proud to be a locally owned business, serving the Aberdeen community with dedication and commitment to fitness.
