Meet Our Team
Our team is led by Tiffany McKinney, a professional makeup artist and beauty educator with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Tiffany's love for the beauty industry began as a small child, watching her mother create beautiful and unique gowns and other garments on her sewing machine in their basement. Tiffany's makeup work has graced the runways during New York Fashion Week, has been featured on album covers, Essence online, New York Times Fashion, Getty Images, Maryland Public Television, and various stage productions and special projects in and around the DMV area.

Our mission is to enhance every woman's natural beauty to help her radiate beauty from the inside out! We want to empower and inspire women, and we carry out that mission via our educational and empowering workshops that help mentor, educate, and inspire aspiring makeup artists as well as the everyday working woman.
