Our company, SDSE, is one of San Diego, California's premier engineering firms, with over 30 years of structural engineering experience. We have a proven structural design record and have delivered projects on time and on budget. Our services range from multi-story complex structures to custom homes. Our History

SDSE was founded in January 1980 by Structural Engineers Scott Stedman and Robert Dyson. Over the years, we have grown steadily, despite the challenges posed by economic downturns. We have expanded our services and staff, relocating to larger offices several times to accommodate our growth. Today, our team consists of eight licensed structural engineers, one licensed civil engineer, and three CAD/REVIT structural drafters. We are proud of our legacy and our commitment to delivering exceptional engineering services.
