About Our Team

At Millersburg Animal Clinic, our team is comprised of dedicated veterinarians who are also pet owners. Our team has years of experience and a deep understanding of the importance of providing quality pet care. We take pride in being a part of the Elkhart, Lagrange, and Noble counties' communities, serving pets for nearly four decades.

Dr. Webb was raised on a small dairy farm in Sidney, Ohio, and was a 10-year 4-H member, graduating from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1974. He founded Millersburg Animal Clinic in 1975, where he continues to provide exceptional care to his clients. Dr. Webb has a bachelor's degree in Dairy Science and owns a Standard Bred breeding farm and boarding facility. His favorite animals are horses and cattle, and he enjoys watching horse races.

Katie Shull, D.V.M., CVA

Dr. Shull grew up riding and showing horses and was a 10-year 4-H member in Noble County. After graduating from East Noble High School in 2007, she pursued a Biology degree at Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated in 2011. Her veterinary degree was obtained at The Ohio State University in 2015. Dr. Shull has practiced small and mixed animal medicine in Ohio, Indiana, and Florida. Her interests include surgery, ophthalmology, and acupuncture. In 2019, she attended Chi University to gain her certification in small animal acupuncture. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and painting.
