Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced and talented individuals who share a passion for structural engineering. Our president, George Gutierrez Jr., has been a practicing structural engineer since 2000 and joined NOEI in 2004. Our vice presidents, Norman Nagamine, Dwight Okawa, Danny Fujioka, and Jonathan Okunaga, have extensive experience in the field and have contributed significantly to the company's growth and success.
