Avenue Auto Body, a family-owned and operated business, has been providing premium auto body shop and collision repair services to the South Bay area since 1988. Established in Gardena, the business has since moved to a spacious 30,000 square foot facility in Redondo Beach, from where it serves clients in Redondo Beach, Torrance, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Lomita, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, and Palos Verdes.

Owner-operator Steve Hornbeck, with over 30 years of experience in the collision repair industry, learned the ropes from his father and is now teaching his son, Brian, the trade. Steve is personally involved in the repair process of all vehicles and can be found at the facility 5-6 days a week. Shop manager Troy Howell, with over 20 years of experience, leads a team of experienced technicians dedicated to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our high-quality repair work and guarantee all repairs for as long as you own your vehicle.

Our state-of-the-art facilities and high-tech equipment, including our Genesis laser frame measuring system, Chief frame machines, and recently renovated spray booth, enable us to deliver top-notch repair work and color matching. Our I-Car WQT Certified technicians use PPG Airborne Envirobase paint, and our computerized mixing system ensures the highest caliber refinishing work.

We understand that dealing with the aftermath of a collision can be stressful, which is why we offer free estimated, local pick-up and delivery, and have Hertz Rent-a-Car available on site for your convenience. Our team will assist you in the insurance claims process, ensuring that your vehicle's repairs are done to the highest quality standards and as promptly as possible.

Our facility is located near the intersection of Anza and 190th, right on the border of Torrance and Redondo Beach. We accept all insurance carriers as well as Visa and Mastercard. As a proud member of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce, we are open Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
