Our Story

Dr. Narikazu Ito, DC, the founder of Ito Chiropractic, was born in Tokyo and raised in Saitama Pref., Japan. He graduated from Kokugakuin University in Tokyo with a BA degree. Dr. Ito also graduated from a Chiropractic school in Tokyo and worked as an instructor for three Chiropractic schools while practicing at a clinic in Tokyo. In 1999, Dr. Ito moved to California to further his education in Chiropractic. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2005. After graduating, he practiced for a Chiropractic clinic in San Diego before opening his own clinic, Ito Chiropractic, in January 2013.

Dr. Ito has been practicing chiropractic for over 20 years in both the US and Japan. He uses various treatment approaches depending on the patient's condition. He enjoys running, trekking, and watching baseball games.
