Our History

Dinehery Fence & Ironworks stands as a testament to dedication and craftsmanship, deeply rooted in the heart of Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. Founded in 1981 by Nick Dinehart and David Hery, our name, pronounce "Dineheary, " embodies their combined vision and expertise. Mr. Hery, a native of Florida, chose to return home in 1984, leaving Nick to carry the torch, preserving the company's established reputation for quality and service. From its modest beginnings in a 5'x20' fabrication shop, Dinehery Fence & Ironworks has evolved into a thriving enterprise, establishing itself as a leader in the industry. In 1987, recognizing the demand for our services, we relocated to a larger 42'x60' fabrication facility, a testament to our growth and commitment to providing exceptional craftsmanship.
