At Albany Landing, we're proud to offer three spacious floor plans, each thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of our residents. From our 1-bedroom Creekside floor plan to our 2-bedroom Oceanfront floor plan, we have the perfect home for you. Each floor plan features stylish architectural details, fully-equipped kitchens, updated lighting, and neutral finishes throughout.

As a resident of Albany Landing, you'll have access to a range of outstanding community amenities, including:

Pet-Friendly
We welcome your furry friends at Albany Landing! Our pet-friendly community offers a pet policy that includes:
- Limit of 2 pets per home
- Non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet
- Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet
Please note that we have breed restrictions, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
