At Lifespan, we provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Our experienced team offers primary care services for acute and chronic illnesses as well as injuries. We perform basic lab tests, minor surgery, cryosurgery, and other procedures on-site. If you're an established patient, you can usually get a same-day appointment, and you'll receive our full attention during your visit, timely follow-up, and on-call care after hours.

As a Patient Centered Medical Home, we are committed to providing you with quality, cost-effective, compassionate, and personalized healthcare. We employ strategies such as team-based care, better access, coordination of care, and equal access for all of our patients. We are also a member of the MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization, a network of hospitals and healthcare providers dedicated to increasing the quality and decreasing the cost of care.

Services

We offer a range of services to meet your healthcare needs, including:

• Pediatric Care: We provide comprehensive pediatric health services, including wellness check-ups, sports physicals, treatment for common childhood ailments, immunizations, and minor in-office surgical procedures. We are pleased to announce that we have expanded care for your children by welcoming Dr. Steve Feder to our practice. Dr. Feder is a nationally recognized pediatrician with over 20 years of experience practicing in Maine.
• Adult Care: We offer primary care services for adults, including preventive care, management of chronic conditions, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Counseling: We provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns.
• Rx Refills: You can request prescription refills through our patient portal or by contacting our office.

Hours and Location
