Our Process

The process of remanufacturing involves completely disassembling all units, replacing wear and tear components, and thoroughly inspecting and testing each part before reassembly. We utilize the latest technology to ensure every unit meets the highest standards. Our dedication to quality is evident in every step of the process, from disassembly to final testing.

Alternator Testing

We provide 100% load testing for all alternators using D & V Electronics testers. The ALT-98 tester is designed to simulate vehicle conditions, ensuring that our units are fully functional before installation. This process includes testing for voltage, current, field current, alternator speed, and output power, among other parameters. Our commitment to testing ensures that every alternator meets or exceeds OEM specifications.

Starter Testing

Similarly, we conduct 100% load testing for starters using the ST-12 and ST-16 testers from D & V Electronics. These testers are designed to provide fast, accurate, and detailed tests of starter motors under load, ensuring that our starters are efficient, powerful, and reliable. Our testing includes parameters such as contact voltage drop, starter efficiency, output power, input power, current, voltage, speed, torque, and solenoid current.
