At Asbury Community Christian Preschool & Clubhouse, we are committed to providing a nurturing and loving environment for children to grow and develop. Our Philosophy

Our program is founded on the basis of Christian beliefs and values designed to allow each child to grow secure in the love of God. We believe in providing lots of play, as play is the primary way that children learn. We encourage healthy social and emotional development, providing children with tools to learn self-regulation as well as positive ways to interact with adults and peers. Our Preschool program is designed with scaffold kindergarten readiness skills, ensuring our students are well-prepared for their future educational journey.

We are also accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education, demonstrating our commitment to providing high-quality education and care for our students.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to cater to the unique needs of children aged 2, 3, and 4 years old, as well as those in our Pre-K program. Each age group has its own tailored program to ensure that every child is able to reach their full potential.

• 2's Preschool: Our 2-year-old program focuses on engaging children in interactive play and learning experiences. We encourage socialization, emotional development, and basic cognitive skills.

• 3's Preschool: For our 3-year-old students, we provide more structured learning activities that foster their growing curiosity and independence. We continue to emphasize social and emotional development, while also introducing basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• 4's Pre-K: Our Pre-K program is designed to prepare children for kindergarten. We focus on developing their reading, writing, and math skills, while also promoting their social and emotional growth.

• Clubhouse: Our Clubhouse program offers before and after-school care for our students, providing a safe and engaging environment for them to learn and play outside of regular school hours.

Opportunities for Parents

At Asbury Community Christian Preschool & Clubhouse, we believe that parents play a vital role in their child's education. We offer various opportunities for parents to be involved in their child's learning journey, including volunteering in the classroom, attending parent-teacher conferences, and participating in school events.

School Closings and Delays

We understand the importance of planning and scheduling for our families. In the event of school closures or delays due to weather or other circumstances, we will notify parents through our communication channels and update our website accordingly.

Registration and Admissions Process

We welcome new families to join our community at Asbury Community Christian Preschool & Clubhouse. Our admissions process begins in January for the upcoming school year.
