Noise Complaints and Management
Some residents have had issues with noise complaints, with one resident receiving a complaint from a new neighbor and another resident experiencing noise from the elevator. However, the management office has taken steps to address these issues, with the property manager Derek Katz initially providing a cold-blooded response but later being contradicted by the assistant property manager Mariana from the management office.

Tour Experience
One resident had a disappointing experience when attempting to tour the building, with the leasing office staff being rude and unaccommodating. The resident was told they were late and was not offered an alternative tour time.
