Our History

Our historic bed and breakfast was originally built in the early 20th century, with a rich history that speaks for itself. Over the years, we have been lovingly restored and renovated, keeping the charm and character of the past while incorporating modern amenities for the comfort of our guests.

We offer five fully remodeled guest rooms, each with its own unique charm and character. Our rooms are adorned with locally sourced antique pieces, ensuring that you have a true home away from home experience. Each room comes with its own private bathroom, mini fridge, and access to Wi-Fi and DISH Network satellite TV. We also offer claw-foot tubs in some of our rooms, giving you a chance to step back in time.

Blackstone is a quaint little town, but it has a lot to offer, including a leisurely stroll through our historic downtown, shopping for furniture, antiques, and collectibles, or attending nearby theater performances.

About Us

The Grey Swan Inn is now under new ownership. Charles Smith, who has been in the hospitality business since 2013, is excited to take this historic home to the next level. He has a great vision for the property, especially the backyard, and is looking forward to continuing the tradition of providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
