Whitaker Construction Company's roots reach back to 1953 when Jim Whitaker embarked on a journey to establish his own utility construction company. Equipped with a pickup truck, a shovel, and a single helper, he ventured into the unknown, driven by a vision to build a successful business that would leave a lasting impact. From these humble beginnings, Whitaker Construction has blossomed into one of the most respected and reputable contractors in the Intermountain region, boasting a workforce of over 550 dedicated employees and a fleet of 50+ skilled crews.
