At Aspen Spine and Physical Medicine, we pride ourselves on being an internationally recognized sports medicine clinic with over 20 years of practice and experience. Our clinic is dedicated to providing a "hands-on" approach to physical medicine, focusing on treating the whole body to get patients well as fast as possible so they can continue their active lifestyle.

Our Services

Our experienced team, led by Dr. Eric Haynie, D.C., offers a wide range of services to treat various conditions, including chiropractic care, active release technique, acupuncture, dry needling, custom orthotics, discogenic back pain education and rehabilitation, core rehabilitation, biomechanical evaluations, kinesio and McConnell taping, Graston technique, SFMA, FMS, and TPI. We also provide education programs, exercise and stretching programs, and articles and educational videos to empower our patients to take control of their health.

Our Approach

Dr. Haynie spends 20-45 minutes with each patient to evaluate, consult, diagnose, treat, educate, and train the patient so they are informed and understand what their diagnosis is and how to resolve their condition. Our patient's treatment average 4.5 visits before they are released. We focus on manually working on patients, incorporating chiropractic and physical therapy to address both compensatory symptoms and the true root cause of the problem.

Our Expertise

Dr. Haynie is a trained chiropractor with over 20 years of experience in full body biomechanics, Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, acupuncture, and dry needling. He has taught biomechanical evaluation courses and conducts an in-depth biomechanical assessment when treating all conditions or before considering making custom orthotics for his patients.

Our Community

Centrally located in Aspen, Colorado, our clinic is easily accessible to residents and visitors. We work closely with area orthopedic physicians, physical therapists, and medical groups. We treat the active local population but also partner with local high school athletes and community organizations, including treating and sponsoring the Aspen Sante Fe Ballet, Gentleman of Aspen Rugby, Team Prep USA runners, professional athletes, many X-Games and Olympic athletes.
