We're a team of passionate individuals dedicated to creating functional spaces. Our owner, Aaron Yoder, is a Shenandoah Valley native with a deep passion for the built environment. He started his career in construction at a young age and has since built a reputation as a trusted custom home builder and remodeling design-build firm. Aaron's passion for collaboration and adding value to clients' projects is key to our process.

Our designer, Cathy Pitts, is a skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry. She's known for her empathetic approach, making clients feel heard and understood throughout the design process. Cathy's unique perspective on design, combined with her knowledge and experience, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

We're committed to providing detailed drawings and specifications to coordinate with you, your builder, and other trades.
