Our Services

Our comprehensive range of services includes Adult Medicine, Behavioral Health, Dental, Nutrition, OBGYN, Optometry, Pediatric Care, Pharmacy, Podiatry, HealthySteps, Hypertension Management Program, Lab, HIV Services and Prevention Program, Diabetes Health Education Program, School-Based Dental Program, School-Based Healthcare, Telehealth/Telemedicine, Veterans Services, X-Rays, and Mammograms. We also offer specialized programs such as the Agricultural Worker Health Program, designed to cater to the unique needs of agricultural workers.

Our Locations

We have seven convenient locations, with our main office in Orangeburg, and additional centers in Vance, St. Matthews, St. George, Holly Hill, Denmark, and Norfield. Each center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by caring professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
