About Our Firm

Layton and Associates PC has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses for years. Our Team

Our team is led by Tim Layton, who purchased the firm in 2016 after Larry Layton retired. Tim worked with his father from 2001 until graduation from the University of Washington in 2004. He then spent several years working at CPA firms in Seattle and Oregon, gaining valuable work experience. Tim and his wife Kari are the sole employees of the firm, and they work one on one with many small businesses and individuals with tax preparation and planning in a variety of industries.
