About Juan San Pedro

Juan San Pedro graduated from St. John's University and received his law degree from Pace University in White Plains, New York. Mr. San Pedro worked for five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, where he prosecuted numerous cases, including violent crimes, narcotics, theft-related offenses, homicides, and other serious misdemeanors and felony charges. As a defense attorney with over twenty years of experience, Mr. San Pedro has defended clients charged with serious felonies such as violent crimes, narcotics, grand larceny, forgery, and sexually related offenses, as well as misdemeanor crimes such as assault, petit larceny, and driving while intoxicated. Mr. San Pedro has extensive experience in defending clients before the grand jury, as well as having conducted over one hundred jury trials and suppression hearings. Additionally, Mr. San Pedro has negotiated numerous favorable plea bargains, including drug programs, youthful offender adjudications, significantly reducing or eliminating potential jail sentences, as well as sparing clients from having a criminal record.

About Mark Jankowitz

Mark Jankowitz graduated from Stony Brook University and received his law degree from American University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Jankowitz worked for five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, where he prosecuted numerous cases, including violent crimes. As a defense attorney, Mr. Jankowitz has successfully defended clients charged with a wide range of criminal offenses, including violent crimes, narcotics, weapons offenses, and other serious misdemeanors and felony charges. Mr. Jankowitz has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defense, including pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and negotiation of plea agreements.
