Our History

Pioneer Plumbing started out as Loyal Mechanical in 1986, founded by Brian Larson, a long-time resident of Ballard who graduated from Ballard High School. The company initially focused on remodels, renovations, tenant improvements, and insurance repair. In 1991, Loyal Mechanical acquired Pioneer Plumbing and expanded its business to include service plumbing work. Today, Pioneer Plumbing is active in all aspects of plumbing, including large commercial projects, new construction, remodels, re-pipes, service, drain cleaning, and side sewer.
