About the Vitality Team

Based in the charming town of Old Lyme, Connecticut, Vitality Spa & Wellness provides an array of Award-Winning services, including Massage Therapy, Facials, Day-Spa Packages, Manicures, Pedicures, Reflexology, and Reiki. Established in 2005, Vitality Spa & Wellness was the first holistic wellness center serving the Connecticut Shoreline. We firmly believe that beauty emanates from inner health and that practicing wellness is key to living a long, fulfilled life.

*Lindsay Eisensmith, Owner & Founder*

Lindsay Eisensmith, a passionate advocate for wellness, founded Vitality Spa & Wellness in 2005 as the first wellness center in the community. She holds a B.Sc. from Smith College and is a licensed massage therapist, certified exercise specialist, and holistic health counselor. Lindsay's extensive education and experience in bodywork, exercise, and nutrition enable her to provide a truly integrative approach to wellness. She is dedicated to helping her clients attain optimal health through the essential investment of bodywork, just as they would with exercise, adequate sleep, proper nutrition, and hydration.
