Reviews
Negative: The veterinarians displayed a lack of empathy, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior, resulting in devastating outcomes for the pets.

Poor Experience with Veterinarians

Lack of Empathy and Communication

The reviewers had extremely poor experiences with two veterinarians, Caitlin Acker and Lindsey Schroeder. They felt that these vets lacked empathy and were unprofessional in their approach. Veronica Alicia's review highlighted Dr. Acker's rushed and uncaring demeanor, while Allison Vaughan's review detailed Dr. Schroeder's mismanagement of her dog's care.

Neglect of Pets

Both reviewers felt that their pets were not given the proper care and attention. Veronica Alicia's dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur, but Dr. Acker failed to explain the condition or show any concern. Allison Vaughan's dog, Copper, was mishandled during her treatment, leading to a series of catastrophic events that ultimately resulted in her death.

Unprofessional Behavior

The veterinarians' behavior was deemed unprofessional by both reviewers. Dr. Acker was accused of being rude and dismissive, while Dr. Schroeder was seen as apathetic and more concerned with making a profit than providing proper care.
