*Ronda Gansz - Property Manager*
Ronda Gansz joined JEMA Properties in 2015 as a Property Manager. She manages our collection department and is actively involved in day-to-day activities, working diligently to ensure tenants are satisfied with their apartments and remain happy.

Melissa Magness recently joined JEMA Properties in 2020, eager to build strong relationships with tenants while providing the best possible rental experience for current and future residents.
*Arlette Vasquez - Business Office Manager*
Arlette Vasquez began working as the Office Manager for JEMA Properties in 2018, excelling in her role through great determination and dedication. She takes pleasure in greeting and assisting current and future tenants at our business office, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all.

Dallas Williams joined JEMA Properties in 2020, responsible for serving over 480 families and maintaining their apartments and rental homes in excellent condition. Dallas is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring tenant satisfaction with their living conditions.
