Physical Facilities
The newly built courts are a highlight, according to one reviewer. However, another reviewer found the hot tubs to be disgustingly dirty, and the equipment outdated. There have been reports of broken clocks in the lap pool area, and the women's showers are described as nasty and moldy. On the other hand, one reviewer praised the cleanliness of the stations and lockerooms.
Food and Beverage
The restaurant has received numerous criticisms, with reviewers describing the food and drinks as horrible and overpriced. One reviewer spoke to the food and beverage manager, only to be met with a dirty look and blown off. Another reviewer mentioned that the breakfast was usually good, but a recent visit resulted in dry sausage, overdone home potatoes, and dry pancakes.
Membership and Customer Service
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the membership experience, citing issues with billing, lack of response from the finance manager, and even unauthorized withdrawal of funds. One reviewer was ignored by staff in the restaurant, and another reviewer had a poor experience with the membership service.
Gym and Equipment
The weight room has a good selection of equipment, but reviewers have noted a lack of gym etiquette among members. This has led to issues with equipment availability and cleanliness.
