Welcome to HRC Hotels, LLC, a privately-held partnership based in East Lansing, Michigan. Since our formation in 1999, we have been actively engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development, operation, financing, and refinancing of premium brand select service hotels. Our focus has been on the extended stay hotel segment of the lodging industry, and we currently own and operate 15 hotels located in Indiana, Michigan, Florida, and Tennessee. These hotels operate under the Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, Home 2 Suites, TownePlace Suites, and Fairfield Inn brands.

At HRC Hotels, LLC, we specialize in investing in premium-branded, select-service hotels. These hotels typically generate most of their revenue from room rentals, limited food and beverage outlets, and meeting space, and require fewer employees than traditional full-service hotels. As a result, they have the potential to generate attractive returns relative to other types of hotels due to their ability to achieve RevPAR levels at or close to those achieved by traditional full-service hotels while achieving higher profit margins due to their more efficient operating model and less volatile cash flows.

The current lodging market fundamentals provide significant opportunities for RevPAR and EBITDA growth at their existing hotels. With over 40 years of experience, our senior management team's extensive industry relationships and asset management expertise enable us to compete effectively for acquisition opportunities and generate strong internal growth.

Our Executive Team

Our executive team at HRC Hotels, LLC has extensive experience in the lodging industry. Our team includes:

• Terry L. Hall, CPA, PFS: Mr. Hall is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of HRC Hotels, LLC. He specializes in the negotiation of hotel acquisitions, financing, construction, and strategic planning.
• James J. Matuszak, CPA, PFS: Mr. Matuszak is a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer of HRC Hotels, LLC. He has a background in business planning, consulting, real estate financing, and acquisitions.
• Joe A. Romkema, CPA, PFS: Mr. Romkema is a member of the Board of Directors, the Secretary, and the Treasurer of HRC Hotels, LLC. He carries out the normal functions of the Secretary and Treasurer offices for the company.
• Jeffrey Good: Mr. Good is the President of HRC Hotels, LLC and the President of the Property Manager. He has extensive experience in marketing, hotel management, and hotel construction.
