*Jonathan Oltersdorf, Associate Broker*: Jonathan is a second-generation real estate agent, following in his mother's footsteps. With a marketing degree from Michigan State University and extensive experience in the local real estate market, Jonathan is a valuable resource for his clients.

*Cayman Oltersdorf, Licensed Vacation Rental Manager*: Cayman joined the family business in 2016 as a licensed vacation rental manager, bringing her expertise in marketing and hospitality to the team.

Our History

Oltersdorf Realty was founded in 2006 by Vicky Oltersdorf, who has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years. After working for several national real estate brokerages in Ann Arbor, Traverse City, and Suttons Bay, Vicky decided to establish her own brokerage and make her mark on the local real estate industry.

In 2003, Vicky's son Jonathan joined the real estate business and became a licensed agent. After graduating from Michigan State University with a marketing degree, he joined the family business full-time in 2007.

In 2016, Vicky's daughter Cayman joined the team as a licensed vacation rental manager, bringing her expertise in marketing and hospitality to the business.

Today, Oltersdorf Realty is a thriving family business, with a team of three licensed real estate agents and a combined 63+ years of experience in the local real estate market.
