Our Story

In 2013, two civil engineers, Jeremy McMath and Chase Cotton, decided to take a step of faith and start a consulting engineering firm. They passionately lead the Civil Southeast team with a desire to serve others and bring glory to God. They genuinely love people and desire to do work with excellence. Jeremy and Chase believe God used their prior engineering and life experiences, a solid foundation of trust, and a shared reliance upon God to help them build a team that makes an eternal impact on clients, sub-consultants, and team members. Since those first days of operating on two borrowed folding tables from their church, Civil Southeast has expanded to multiple locations providing civil engineering, project management, and land surveying services.

Land Surveying Services

Civil Southeast provides professional land surveying services across Alabama and Northwest Florida. From corporations, architects, contractors, real estate agencies, title companies, lenders, law firms, and individuals; our list of loyal clients receive prompt service, attention to detail, and quality deliverables that meet the needs of their project. Our services include lot survey, boundary survey, ALTA survey, mortgage survey, elevation certificate, topographic survey, aerial mapping, aerial photography, utility survey, construction survey, right-of-way survey, as-built survey, and subdivision plat.
