Our History

Established in 1933 by lifetime Farmington resident, Howard W. Thayer, Thayer Funeral Home initially conducted funerals from a two-story building located east of Farmington Road on Grand River Avenue, in Downtown Farmington. Over the years, we have continued to grow and evolve, adapting to the changing needs of the families we serve.

Our Staff

Our team of dedicated professionals is led by Funeral Directors Leonard A. Turowski Jr., Todd N. Turowski, Marilyn Rauh, and Paul Potti. Each member of our staff is passionate about providing exceptional service and support to the families who entrust us with their loved ones.
