Voigt & Associates, Inc. is a full-service structural engineering firm located in Eagan, Minnesota, founded in 1999. Our project experience includes new structures and renovation projects of varying size and purpose. Our clients include Architects, General Contractors, Developers, Project Managers in both the private and public sectors, and owners. We have worked on projects in the restaurant, retail, health care, multifamily/and single family residential, industrial, and health care industries. Our team consists of experienced structural engineers with a passion for delivering innovative and efficient designs. Our team leaders have extensive experience in the industry, with over 38 years of combined experience. We have worked on a wide range of projects, from commercial and residential buildings to industrial and healthcare facilities.

With over 38 years of experience, Paul has an in-depth understanding of clients, builders, and design professionals' goals and preferences. He enjoys helping clients bring their dreams into clearer focus and then into reality.

With over 24 years of experience, Al has engineered projects in many areas of the United States and Canada for several of the premier Quick Serve Restaurant companies. He has also designed multifamily, industrial, and commercial projects throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Rex N. Swanson, PE

With over 40 years of experience, Rex has extensive experience in wood frame construction and has worked on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has also volunteered time on the State of MN Building Code Structural Review committee.

Chad R. Booth

Chad started his career early, attending St. Cloud Technical College while still in high school. He completed his degree and graduated from high school the same week. He then went on to work as a designer and drafter on luxury homes and later joined a large engineering firm.
