Disappointing Experience with a Real Estate Agent
The author, Keelee M., had a terrible experience with Leslie Lambert, their real estate agent, while purchasing a house in December. The author purchased the house on November 6, 2016, and was supposed to move in on December 15, 2016, but faced difficulties due to the Portland ice storm.
Poor Service
Leslie Lambert failed to deliver the keys to the new house on multiple occasions, telling the author that she wouldn't bring them over. The author had to beg Leslie to bring the keys, and even had to resort to enlisting the help of her boyfriend, who put chains on his car to come to the location. The author felt that Leslie didn't care about their situation, as they had to vacate their apartment the following day.
Severe Lack of Communication
The author hasn't heard from Leslie since their move-in 7 months ago, which has left them feeling disheartened and disappointed. They would not recommend Leslie to anyone due to her poor service and lack of communication.
