Jeffrey D. Rubin, a partner at Barnett & Rubin, has over 40 years of experience representing business clients of all sizes in a wide range of matters. With a background in both transactional and litigation practices, Mr. Rubin offers highly experienced representation in both business formation and dispute resolution. His extensive experience includes entity selection, ownership agreements, contract negotiations and development, buy/sell agreements, legal compliance, business disputes, and dissolution.
