Housing Authority Accounting Specialists (HAAS) has been a leader in providing monthly fee accounting services to public housing agencies (PHAs) since 1968. We proudly serve 98 PHAs across six states, assisting them in achieving operational efficiency and financial success.
Who We Are
HAAS is a small, family-run business with two working partners and a dedicated team of four staff accountants. Our team boasts collective experience in PHA accounting ranging from 4 to 33 years, offering a wealth of expertise and invaluable insights.

- Balance sheet, operating statement, capital fund progress statements, general ledger and transaction journals
