Staff and Doctors
The staff and doctors at Parthenon Medical Center received high praise from multiple reviewers. They were described as "awesome, " "great, " and "polite." One reviewer, Rick Wells, specifically mentioned Peter, a staff member, who assisted him with his needs and was very helpful. Dr. Baker was also mentioned several times, with reviewers praising her listening skills and the care she provided.
Waiting Time and Scheduling
However, there were some negative comments about waiting times and scheduling. One reviewer, Patricia Rhymes Lara, reported waiting for days to get her medication, and another reviewer, The Chocolate Dolls, waited for three hours before being seen. Additionally, Tasha Jenkins had issues with getting her prescriptions filled in a timely manner.
Office Policies and Refunds
